Avoid grapefruit juice. Concomitant use of strong CYP3A4 inducers (e.g., rifampin) should be avoided due to potential to decrease concentrations of VOTRIENT.  VOTRIENT should not be used in patients who cannot avoid chronic use of CYP3A4 inducers.
