  1 PET polyethylene terephthalate* Common mineral water bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, etc. It is easily deformed when it reaches 70 °C, and it has a substance that is harmful to the human body. After 10 months of use of plastics No. 1, the carcinogen DEHP may be released. These bottles cannot be placed in the car to basking in the sun, and cannot contain alcohol, oil, etc.

  2 HDPE High Density Polyethylene* Common in white medicine bottles, cleaning products, bath products. Do not use it as a water cup, or as a storage container for other items.

  3 PVC PVC* Common in raincoats, building materials, plastic films, plastic boxes, etc. It has excellent plasticity and low price, so it is very common. It can reach the apex when it is heat-resistant to 81 °C. It is easy to produce harmful substances at high temperatures and is rarely used in food packaging. Difficult to clean, easy to residue, do not recycle.

  4 PE polyethylene* Common in cling film, plastic film, etc. Hazardous substances are produced at high temperatures. When toxic substances enter the human body with food, they may cause diseases such as breast cancer and birth defects.

  5 PP Polypropylene* Commonly used in soymilk bottles, yogurt bottles, juice drink bottles, microwave lunch boxes, melting point up to 167 ° C, is the only plastic products that can be placed in the microwave oven, can be reused after careful cleaning. It should be noted that some microwave oven lunch boxes are made of No. 5 PP, but the cover is made of No. 1 PET. Since PET cannot withstand high temperatures, it cannot be placed in the microwave oven together with the box.

  6 PS polystyrene* Common in bowls of instant noodles and fast food boxes. Do not put in a microwave oven to avoid the release of harmful chemicals due to excessive temperatures. Avoid using hot food boxes to pack hot food, do not use microwave oven to cook instant noodles.

  7 PC other classes* Common in kettles, space cups, and bottles. Department stores often use water cups of these materials as gifts. However, this material cup is easy to release the toxic substance bisphenol A, which is harmful to the human body. In addition, do not heat when using this cup, do not expose to the sun.
